Shipping your parcel
Parcels are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Parcels can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional charges. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your parcel online. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the parcel. We recommend that you group all your items into one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items. The boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.
